King368 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the king368 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. Last updated: 2026.
These terms apply to all users accessing the king368 platform from Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering an account or using any part of the king368 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the king368 platform ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of the king368 platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are permitted. This platform is intended exclusively for users in Malaysia and is subject to the applicable laws of this country.

2. Account Creation and Security
Account Registration
To access the full range of king368 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current and complete information — including your full name, an active phone number and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or closure without notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. king368 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other channel. If you suspect your password has been compromised, you must change it immediately through your account settings.
Any activity that occurs on your account will be treated as your own action unless you have reported unauthorised access to customer support within a reasonable time. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the king368 platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or damage the platform's systems
- Distributing malicious software or code that could compromise the system
- Using bots, automated software or any unauthorised method to access the platform
- Transferring funds from unlawful sources or through money laundering
- Disclosing another user's account information without authorisation
- Making false or misleading claims about the platform to third parties
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of the platform or any related third party
Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, legal action by king368.
4. Payments, Deposits and MYR Transactions
All transactions on the king368 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made using legitimate payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits using bank accounts or eWallets belonging to another person are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits will be credited to your account balance once the transaction is verified by the system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen — local eWallets such as TNG are typically instant, while standard bank transfers may take longer within the same day.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the required identity verification. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documents for compliance purposes before approving withdrawals above certain amounts. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change and will be displayed in your account section.
Transaction Fraud
Any attempt to circumvent the verification process, use stolen credit or debit cards, or conduct unlawful transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. king368 cooperates fully with authorities in investigations related to financial crime.
5. Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
King368 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions due to technical maintenance, network failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
The platform does not guarantee that services will always be available without interruption. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance or system upgrades without prior notice.
6. Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
King368 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or at the request of the authorities. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. king368 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-platform notices or email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
